John was born in 1340. John's father was King Edward III Of England and his mother was Queen Of England Phillipa Of Hainault. His paternal grandparents were King Edward II Of England and Princess Isabella Of France. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Edward, Edmund, Thomas, Isabella, Joan, Margaret and Mary. He had a half-brother named Lionel. He died at the age of 59 in 1399.-
