John Eddy 
John was born in 1597. John's father was Reverend *William Eddy and his mother was *Mary Fosten. His paternal grandfather was *Thomas Eddy; his maternal grandparents were *John Fosten and *Ellen Munn. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Nathaniel, *Phineas, Samuel, Zacharias, Mary, Ellen Eleanor, Abigail, Anna and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 87 on October 12th, 1684.-
