Anne was born in 1501. Anne's father was Thomas Boleyn and her mother was Elizabeth Howard. Her paternal grandparents were William Boleyn and Margaret Butler. She had a brother and a sister, named George and Mary. She died due to Beheaded at the age of 35 on May 15th, 1536 in Tower Of London ENG. She was buried on May 15th, 1536 in Chapel Of St Peter Ad Vincula, Tower Of London ENG.General Notes
