Joyce Sylvester was born on December 19th, 1925 in Newcastle. Joyce Sylvester's father was William Charles Bidner and her mother was Mary Kathleen McDonnell. Her paternal grandparents were * Philip Charles Bidner and * Eliza Mary Gallagher. She had a brother and three sisters, named Allan Leonard, Kathleen Monica, Mary Phyllis and Veronica Jean. She died at the age of 70 on September 15th, 1996. She was buried in Lismore.-
