Violet Edna was born on June 13th, 1918 in Dorango,La Plata,Colorado. Violet Edna's father was Gilbert Harold Gardner and her mother was Eleanor Marie Blevins. Her paternal grandparents were William Dana S Gardner and Julia A. Martin; her maternal grandparents were Charles Trenton Blevins and Edna Ann Abbot. She had three brothers named Jan Jean, Glen Harold and Leslie Wilson. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 56 in March 1975 in Durango,California. She was buried in Durango,California.
