Velva Amy DUFUR 
Velva Amy was born on June 8th, 1913 in Ardmore,Oklahoma. Velva Amy's father was Xaivier DUFUR and her mother was Annie Eliza PAYNE. Her paternal grandparents were James Hollister DUFUR and Leanor Augusta Lancaster; her maternal grandparents were Lewis Edward Payne and Cloey Eliza Nutt. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Jesse Martin, Norman Lewis, James Xaivier, Vern Lyle, Lavern Oran, Jesse Marvin, Ralph Leonard, Cloey Martha, Lena Elsie, Ivon Rosella and Jewel Eileen. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 71 on January 28th, 1985 in Anaheim,California. She was buried in February 1986 in Forest Lawn Cemetary,Cypress,California.General Notes
