Uta Von was born about 1125.  Uta Von's father was Konrad I Von PEILSTEIN and her mother was Eufemie, Princess of Austria.  Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich II Av Tengling-Peilstein and Mathilde De LECHAGEMUND; her maternal grandparents were Luitpold II the Good von Babenberg, Margrave of Austria and Ida, Countess of Cham. She had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Siegfried I Von, Konrad II Von, Friedrich IV Von, Kunigunde Von and Mathilde Von.
