Matilda was born on February 7th, 1102 in London,England.1   Matilda's mother was Alice De Porhoet. She had two brothers and a sister, named Richard, Hugh and Child.  She died at the age of 67 on September 10th, 1169 in Abbey at Bec,Eure,France.1
