Aistulf Of's father was Pemmo Of Friuli and his mother was Ratperga.  His paternal grandfather was Billo Di Belluna; his maternal grandparents were Ansprand Of Lombards and Theodarada.  He was an only child.  He died in 0759.

He had a biological son named Mendo De.
