Bishop Berthold of Lausanne

Bishop Berthold of was born in 1168.  Bishop Berthold of's father was Count Ulrich II of Neuenburg-Arconciel and his mother was Baroness Berta of Grenchen.  His paternal grandparents were Count Rudolf I of Neuenburg and Baroness Emma of Glane-Arconciel. He had two brothers named Count Rudolf II of and Count Ulrich III of.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 52 on July 13th, 1220.
