Frederick Von was born in 1020 in <Formbach>.1 Frederick Von's father was Dietmar Von Quniziggau. His paternal grandparents were Berthold I Graf Von Lurngau and Himiltrud. He had three brothers named Theimo Dietmar Ii, Thiemo II (Dietmar) Von and Megonhard IV. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 39 in 1059.
