Ceneu or Kenau ap was born about 0374 in Pennines,Britain.1   Ceneu or Kenau ap's father was Colius II Cole King of Colchester and his mother was Strada Ystradwel verch Cadfan.  His paternal grandfather was Cadwan King of Dumnonia ap Cynan; his maternal grandfather was Cadfan Gadeon Ap Conan. He had two sisters named Helena of the Cross of and Gwawl verch.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died in Y.1
