Count Conradus II of was born in 1196. Count Conradus II of's father was Count Heinricus of Bechburg. His paternal grandfather was Count Cun I of Bechburg. He had five brothers named Count Rodolfus I of, Count Conradus II of, Count Cuno II of, Count Walther of and Count Peter of. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 48 in 1244.
