Councillor William RANDOLPH Jr., "Of Turkey Island" 
William was born in November 1681 in Of "Turkey Island".1 William's father was William RANDOLPH "Of Turkey Island" and his mother was Mary ISHAM. His paternal grandparents were Richard RANDOLPH I and Elizabeth RYLAND; his maternal grandparents were Capt. Henry ISHAM and Katherine BANKS. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Isham, Henry, Richard, John, Edward, Elizabeth and Mary. He died at the age of 60 on October 19th, 1742 in Henrico County, VA.General Notes
