James Frederick HAWORTH 
James Frederick was born on October 10th, 1719 in Bucks County, PA.1 James Frederick's father was George E. HAWORTH and his mother was Sarah M. SCARBOROUGH. His paternal grandparents were James HAWORTH and Isabel RADCLIFFE; his maternal grandparents were John SCARBOROUGH and Mary PIERSON. He had four brothers and a sister, named Stephanus, Absolom, George, John and Mary. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 38 on October 10th, 1757 in Hopewell House, Frederick, Virginia.1 -
