Catherine's father was Pierre des LANDES and her mother was Nicole BARBERY.  Her paternal grandparents were Berthault des LANDES and Philipette CULDOE; her maternal grandparents were Guillaume (Signeur) BARBERY and Catherine ALLORY.  She was an only child.

They had a daughter named Marguerite.
