ROBERT I was born in 1087.1 ROBERT I's father was Andre* De Vitre and his mother was Agnes* De Mortaigne. His paternal grandparents were Ruivallon* Signeur De Vitre and Genergan* De La Vicaire; his maternal grandparents were Robert* (Earl) De Burgh and Maud* De Montgomery. He had a sister named Hawise*. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 74 in 1161.1 -
