Catherine de SALIGNY

Catherine was born in 1420 in Chatillon-sur-Loing, France.¹   Catherine's father was Jean Lourdin de SALIGNY and her mother was Jeanne de BRAQUE.  Her paternal grandfather was Jean Lourdin de SALIGNY; her maternal grandparents were Blenchet de BRAQUE and Jeanne de CHATILLON.  She was an only child.

‌Catherine and William (Jean) were married in a religious ceremony in 1437 in Chatillon-sur-Loinr, France.¹   They had five sons and two daughters, named Jean Signeur d'Andelot, Antoine, Jacques, Lourdin, Renaud, Louise and Marie.
