ENGELBERT III MARGRAVE's father was MEINHARD I COUNT von GORZ and his mother was ELIZABETH von SCHWARZENBURG.  His paternal grandparents were HEINRICH I COUNT von GORZ and UNKNOWN DIEMUT.  He was an only child.  He died in 1191.¹ 

They had a son named ENGELBERT III COUNT.
