FORME was born about 1055 in Greystoke, Cumberlandshire, England.1 FORME's father was SIGULF (Ligulph) de GREYSOKE. His paternal grandfather was FROME "The King's Theign". He was an only child. He died in 1130.1 
They had a daughter named EDITH (Eda) FITZ.
