CACILE was born in 1200.¹   CACILE's father was RAYMOND ROGER de FOIX and her mother was PHILIPPA de MONCADE.  Her paternal grandparents were ROGER BERNARD I de FOIX and CACILE de TRENCAVEL.  She was an only child.

They had a son named BERNARD VI.
