Beatrix's father was Heinrich de BOURGOURG and her mother was Sibilla de GUINES.  Her paternal grandparents were Thevart de BOURBOURG and Livilde UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents were Manasses de GUINES and Emme de TANCARVILLE.  She was an only child.

They had a son named Marguis.
