WILLA's father was BERNHARD COUNT de BAVARIA and her mother was UNKNOWN ENGILRAT.  Her paternal grandparents were ADELBERT ARCHBISHOP von SALZBURG and RIHNI de HUNGARY.  She was an only child.

‌WILLA and SIEGFRIED IV COUNT were married in a religious ceremony about 0965.¹   They had a son named ENGELBERT III COUNT.
