possiblity of being William N. Wilson's son by a former marriage, since
he is 39 and the child is 11 years old.
John DePort and Mary were married in a religious ceremony on June 20th, 1817 in Laurens Co., SC.1 They had six sons and four daughters, named William Newton, Lawerence M., Thomas Archibald, Archibald, John Hiram, Henry Elmore, Charlotte Eveline, Martha Elizabeth, Mary Frances and Sarah Ann.
