Christopher Wilkinson was the FIRST "Carolian" Wilkinson..believed to be
born in England..& immigrated about age 16 & then married Elizabeth Farr
who was born abt 1667.M: Abt 1684 and they had one child Edward Wilkinson
who was born abt 1684. Then he re-married an Elizabeth Morton on Dec. 1,
1701.
NOTE: Among other noteworthy families Capt. Christopher was descended
from Sir Richard Saltonstall(1521-1601) Lord Mayor Of London.
‌Christopher* Captain and Elizabeth* were married in a religious ceremony in 1684. They had two sons and a daughter, named Edward*, Christopher and Mary.
