Alabama White

Alabama was born on December 18th, 1860 in Coosa Co., AL.¹   Alabama's father was Robert Alexander Major White and her mother was Elizabeth Ann Blankenship.  Her maternal grandfather was John Buck Blankenship. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William Henry, Larkin Farean, John Lloyd, Thomas Joseph, Milly Elizabeth, Carrie Angelina, Mary Adeline and Jane Catherine.  She was the youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 57 on June 4th, 1918 in Coosa Co., AL.  She was buried in Holly Springs Cemetery, Coosa Co., AL; near Fayetteville, Talladega Co..^1 1
