EDWARD was born in 1235.¹   EDWARD's father was JOHN WOODRUFF and his mother was GRACE BRITTON.  His paternal grandparents were BRYAN WOODRUFF and BRIDGETTE ELTON.  He was an only child.

They had a son named JAMES.
