William WHITNEY

William was born on April 10th, 1734 in Weston, Massachusetts.¹   William's father was William WHITNEY and his mother was Hannah HARRINGTON.  His paternal grandparents were William WHITNEY and MARTHA PIERCE. He had a brother and a sister, named Phineas and Hannah. He had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Nathaniel, Joel, Mary, Sarah, Susanna, Abigail and Mary.
