George was born before 1480 in Cocton, Warwickshire, England.1 George's father was Robert THROCKMORTON and his mother was Katherine MARROW. His paternal grandparents were Thomas* (Sir) Throckmorton and Margaret* De Olney; his maternal grandparents were William MARROW and Margaret RICH. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Anthony, Michael, Richard, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the six children. He had a half-sister named Ursula. He died on August 16th, 1552 in Cocton, Warwickshire, England.1 -
