Ira A.'s father was Abraham II Swartz and his mother was Caroline Balliet. His paternal grandparents were Abraham I Swartz and Christina Zehner. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Abraham III, Charles, John C., Hannah, Alice Christine and Katherine Ann. He died on September 23rd, 1950.1 -
