Frederick E. was born on August 3rd, 1871 in Bellville, Richland Co., Ohio.1 Frederick E.'s father was MICHAEL ( JACOB) STUFF and his mother was ANNA BAKER. His paternal grandparents were JACOB STUFFT and MARY MOLLY GARN; his maternal grandparents were JACOB BAKER and MARY (Aldrich) ALDLAND. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named John Anderson, JACOB ANDREW, William, Samuel C., Harvey Elery, Franklin J., Marshall, Roylan Harry, Sarah Elizabeth, Laura Belle and Mary Ozella. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 68 on August 28th, 1939.1 -
