Hannah was born on July 7th, 1740 in New Hartford, Litchfield, Conneticut.1 Hannah's father was JOHN III SEYMOUR and her mother was Hannah ENSIGN. Her paternal grandparents were JOHN (Seamor) SEYMOUR and ELIZABETH WEBSTER. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Elias, Hezekiah, Nathaniel, Elijah, David, Uriah (Capt), Hannah, Elizabeth, Zerviah and Sarah. She had four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Elisha, Isaac, John, William, Lydia, Abigail, LUCRETIA, Lucretia and Lucina.-
