Dear Santa: As Christmas is nearly here - and I have tried to be a good
girl - I want you to bring me a doll and a little bed for it. And also
some little doll dresses, and apples, oranges, candy and nuts; and don’t
forget little brother Heflin, bring a tricycle and some other toys that
will please him. Dear Santa please don’t forget us - we go to school and
study hard to please you. Dear old Santa remember me, your little
