Julia Ann Neal 
Julia Ann was born on April 1st, 1892 in Pickett County, Tennessee.1 Julia Ann's father was Solomon Rhoton Neal and her mother was Victoria Garrett. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon Neal and Sarah Victory; her maternal grandparents were Creed Garrett and Julia Ann Beaty. She had two brothers named Dillard and John. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 40 in March 1933.1 -
