Joan MIDDLETON 
Joan was born about 1446 in Middleton, Westmoreland, England.1 Joan's father was JOHN MIDDLETON and her mother was N.N. MEDCALFE. Her paternal grandparents were THOMAS MIDDLETON and UNKNOWN MISS; her maternal grandfather was JOHN MEDCALFE. She had three brothers and two sisters, named THOMAS, Reginald, Geoffrey, JACOBINA and Alice. She was the youngest of the six children.
