Matilda was born on October 27th, 1825 in Macon Co., AL.¹   She died at the age of 57 on April 22nd, 1883 in Pike Co., AL.  She was buried in Old Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery, SE of Shellhorn, Pike Co., AL.^1 1
