Frances Montez Ivey

Frances Montez was born on October 17th, 1922.¹ Frances Montez's father was Hugh Elmore Ivey and her mother was Sarah Ellen Bell. Her maternal grandparents were George Rufus Bell and Eady Frances Roberson. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Robert Thomas, Woodrow, Clyde Rufus, Max Edward, Lverne Elmore and Voncile. She was the second youngest of the seven children.
