John Hopkins 
John was born in 1622 in Dorchester, Suffolkshire, England.1 John's father was JOHN HOSKINS and his mother was ANNE FYLER. His paternal grandfather was WILLIAM HOSKINS; his maternal grandparents were GEORGE(Roman) FYLER and UNKNOWN JANE. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Anthony, KATHERINE and Rebecca. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 44 on April 13th, 1666 in Windsor, Hartford Co., Conn.1 -
