Joseph Manning Holladay

Joseph Manning was born on January 17th, 1840 in AL.¹   Joseph Manning's father was Benjamin H. Holladay and his mother was Winnie Matilda Brunson. He had four brothers and nine sisters, named Benjamin William, Henry Horace, John Steward, James Peter, Espy Caroline, Mary Jane, Harriet Rebecca, Flora Tharesa, Sara Ann, Margaret Matilda, Susanna Catharine, Emma Agnes and Laura Angela.  He was the oldest of the fourteen children.  He died at the age of 64 on August 3rd, 1904 in Crenshaw Co., AL.¹
