Gladys loved to fish. Her two fishing buddies were her sister-in-laws,
Kate and Foye.
Gladys and Albert were married in a religious ceremony on November 18th, 1928 in Pike Co., AL.1

On 8 Sep 1999, Foye Black, Albert's sister, told me that Albert met
Gladys in Riddlewood, AL. Albert and Gladys knew each other only two
weeks before they married.
