John Grout 
John was born on October 14th, 1704.1 John's father was Jonathan Grout and his mother was Abigail Dix. His paternal grandparents were John Grout and Sarah Busby; his maternal grandparents were John Dix and Elizabeth Bernard. He was an only child. He died at the age of 66 in June 1771.1 -
