John H. Goodwin

John H. was born on January 13th, 1845 in Shelby Co., AL.¹   John H.'s father was Asa Amos, Sr. Goodwin and his mother was M. Emily Howard. He had four brothers named William Madison, Asa Amos, Jr., Thomas Moody and Silas Milton.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 51 on January 24th, 1896 in AL.¹
