McCrumming Gardner

McCrumming was born on September 7th, 1890 in Grady, AL.¹   McCrumming's father was James Henry Gardner and his mother was Sarah Savanah Griffin. He had five brothers and five sisters, named James Franklin, Ray Holland, Graham Pickett, William Huston, James Henry, Eulebay, Chloe, Annett, Kizavera and Etta Malinda.  He was the oldest of the eleven children.
