Fern was born on June 16th, 1885 in Provo, Utah Co., Utah.1 Fern's father was WILLIAM CHARLES FOOTE and her mother was EMMA JEMIMA TWELVES. Her paternal grandparents were THOMAS FOOTE and ELIZA ANN BARRETT; her maternal grandparents were CHARLES TWELVES and ANN ELIZABETH HENRIETTA GUNN. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named William Charles, Thomas John, Mark Twelves, Keith Vernon, Mabel, Emma Lurline, Eliza Maude, ELIZABETH HENRIETTA, Martha Venice, Alice Thresa and Leah. She was the second oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 77 on September 2nd, 1962 in Provo, Utah Co., Utah. She was buried on September 6th, 1962 in Provo, Utah Co., Utah.1 1 -
