Vere Lou Flowers 
Vere Lou was born on December 26th, 1912.1 Vere Lou's father was David Flowers and her mother was Laura Ella Mae Jones. Her maternal grandparents were Samuel Jones and Lousettie Jones. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Jame Daris, Abraham, Samuel D., Monterville, Walter Franklin, Herschel Esco, Oren Lonza, Rosier Liston, Alta Rosa, Rildy Becky Ann and Lillie Jane. She was the third youngest of the twelve children.
