EUSTACHE's father was GUGLIELMO I ESTENDART and her mother was PETRONILLE de MESNIL REYNARD.  Her paternal grandfather was BERNARD SIGNEUR de FONTENELLES. She had a half-brother named GUGLIELMO II (Senator).

‌EUSTACHE and RAYMOND were married in a religious ceremony in 1272.¹   They had a daughter named ALICE.
