His paternal grandfather was THOMAS (Mayor) ENSIGNE; his maternal grandparents were DAVID PILCHER and N.N. HAYE. He had three brothers and two sisters, named David, John, Thomas, Constance and Mary. He was the oldest of the six children. He died on November 23rd, 1680 in Hartford, Hartford, Conneticut.1 -
