Cornelius Jansen Damen

Cornelius Jansen was born in 1585 in New Amsterdam, Brooklyn, Kings Co., NY.¹   Cornelius Jansen's father was Jan Damen and his mother was Aeltje Cuyper.  His paternal grandparents were Cornelisze Damen and Miss Wyersdr; his maternal grandfather was Jan Cuyper.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 66 on June 18th, 1651 in New York.¹ 

They had a son named Jan Corneliszen.
