AISHA bint's father was UTHMAN (Othman) CALIPH ben AFFAN and her mother was ROCCIJA (Rukaiya) bint MUHAMMAD. Her paternal grandparents were ABU "Uthba" ABU LAHAB al-MUTTALIB and UNKNOWN HARB; her maternal grandparents were MAHAMMAD "The Prophet" ibn ABDULLAH and KHADIJA bint KHUWAYLID. She was an only child.
They had a son and a daughter, named ABD al-MALIK CALIPH and N.N. bint.
