Peter DAVENPORT

Peter was born about 1520 in Henbury, Cheshire, England.¹ Peter's father was THOMAS DAVENPORT and his mother was ELIZABETH FITTON. His paternal grandparents were THOMAS DAVENPORT and KATHERINE RADCLIFFE; his maternal grandparents were JOHN FITTON and ELLEN BRERETON. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John, Hugh, Roger, ALICIAM (Alice), Katherine, Amy and Joan. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
